Encompassing multiple aspects of health and wellness, you will be guided through yoga, meditation, nutrition and mindfulness all tailored specifically around giving you focus and clarity for the year ahead. With a nourishing lunch provided by the Natural Cookery School to keep you fuelled and a beautiful crisp walk around the Hilles House estate you will take away a range of techniques and practices to help keep you on track, improve focus and restore balance.
Leave understanding just a little bit more of who you authentically are and what you need to prioritise in 2025 to bring that authenticity and vulnerability to the fore.
Our programme is carefully designed by expert yoga and meditation teacher, Kate Beaty, and registered nutritional therapist and leadership consultant, Becca Meadows. Together they will guide you through the day. Weather permitting, we will make use of the beautiful grounds and views at Hilles House:
A holistic experience of mind, body and spirit. Expect flow and mindful movement. Kate’s classes are both dynamic and rhythmical, always drawing on spiritual contexts that delve deep into the self through pranayama, meditation, asana and relaxation.
