This programme is for women at any stage of pregnancy, designed specifically to support a healthy pregnancy through nutrition and lifestyle therapy. Whether you are 4 weeks or 36 weeks pregnant it is never too late to prioritise yourself and your growing baby to help you feel calmer, healthier, more informed and prepared for birth.
The programme looks at your current diet, your health concerns and goals as you move through the trimesters. Through nutritional therapy we will implement healthy eating strategies and behavioural change techniques to make long lasting change for you and your baby. Looking at birth itself and beyond, we have one session focused entirely on food for birth, batch cooking for the post-partum period and eating for recovery. One gentle personal training session looks at exercise specific to your trimester, or movement during birth and for recovery.
You may have specific concerns focused around a health condition such as pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes mellitus, high blood pressure or anaemia. I can work alongside you and your healthcare providers to give nutritional therapy support to help ease symptoms of these conditions.
