We work to focus in on your specific health goals which could be anything from immediate post partum recovery to managing a return to work after a career break or maternity leave. We use a combination of nutritional and lifestyle strategies to beat the overwhelm, give you back time and leave you feeling energised and capable.
The personal training session will be tailored to your life stage, whether looking at immediate post-birth movement, preparation for returning to higher intensity exercise, support with pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse or diastasis recti.
