time to focus on you

Join Kate and Becca for a special women only event, at the magical Hilles House, where with a glass of fizz and some great company we will explore female hormone balance, stress management and optimising mood in amongst our busy lives. Throughout the evening Becca and Kate will share practical solutions, including breath work, mindfulness and nutritional support so you leave feeling understood and supported, with techniques you can implement immediately to get you feeling energised, more balanced and resilient.

The evening in detail:

The fire will be roaring, the candles lit and the champagne (or kombucha!) open. Dress to feel fab. Come by yourself or bring a friend. We promise a warm, welcoming and safe environment to learn more about your hormones, your experiences and meet likeminded women.
Have an evening finally focused on you for only £25
