With exclusive use of Hilles House, just outside Painswick, surrounded by invigorating views of Gloucestershire's rolling hills. This full day gives you, alongside a group of like-minded women, a safe space to explore and discover life-long health, wellbeing and empowerment.

A day to focus on harnessing your power, your wisdom and your strength not just for 2024 but beyond.

Encompassing multiple aspects of health and wellness, you will be guided through yoga, meditation and nutrition, all tailored specifically around helping you identify and harness your power; the power of your thought, internal dialogue, of your body and your mind.  Let’s change the internal narrative.  From working on quietening the inner critic and tapping into the power of your inner mentor, to mindfulness and yoga focused on self-awareness. You will leave with a number of practical tools to continue unlocking the power that is already there and a deeper appreciation for the role that movement, mindfulness and nutrition play in how we show up in the world. 

Our internal dialogue plays a crucial role in shaping our reality. Often, we underestimate our potential due to self-limiting beliefs, succumbing to fear, doubt, and overwhelm.  By changing the narrative from one of fatigue and overwhelm to one of vitality and capability, we unlock greater power within ourselves. Our programme is carefully designed by expert yoga and meditation teacher, Kate Beaty, and registered nutritional therapist and personal trainer, Becca Meadows. Together they will guide you through the day. Weather permitting, we will make use of the beautiful grounds and views at Hilles House:

A holistic experience of mind, body and spirit. Expect flow and mindful movement. Kate’s classes are both dynamic and rhythmical, always drawing on spiritual contexts that delve deep into the self through pranayama, meditation, asana and relaxation.

Trained in over 900 hours of yoga in India and London, Kate is a hugely experienced instructor. She is also a qualified mindfulness meditation teacher. She lives outside Stroud with her husband and 3 daughters.

BECCA MEADOWS- nutritional therapist and personal trainer

Becca’s passion is supporting women to reach their full potential and achieve a life of balance, though nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Experienced in leading high performance teams, she encourages the best from others, with empathy and confidence. 

A registered nutritional therapist and personal trainer specialised in women’s health, she runs a private clinic and workplace wellness events. She lives in Painswick with her husband and 2 sons.
