Encompassing multiple aspects of health and wellness, you will be guided through yoga, meditation and nutrition, all tailored specifically around giving you focus and clarity for the year ahead. With a nourishing lunch provided by the Natural Cookery School to keep you fuelled and a beautiful crisp walk around the Hilles House estate you will take away a range of techniques and practices to help keep you on track, improve focus and restore balance.
This year we will give all retreat attendees private access to a digital goodie bag, bursting with additional resources, discount codes and videos to support you beyond the day itself.
Our programme is carefully designed by expert yoga and meditation teacher, Kate Beaty, and registered nutritional therapist and personal trainer, Becca Meadows. Together they will guide you through the day. Weather permitting, we will make use of the beautiful grounds and views at Hilles House:
A holistic experience of mind, body and spirit. Expect flow and mindful movement. Kate’s classes are both dynamic and rhythmical, always drawing on spiritual contexts that delve deep into the self through pranayama, meditation, asana and relaxation.
Trained in over 900 hours of yoga in India and London, Kate is a hugely experienced instructor. She is also a qualified mindfulness meditation teacher. She lives outside Stroud with her husband and 3 daughters.
Becca’s passion is supporting women to reach their full potential and achieve a life of balance, though nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Experienced in leading high performance teams, she encourages the best from others, with empathy and confidence.
A registered nutritional therapist and personal trainer specialised in women’s health, she runs a private clinic and workplace wellness events. She lives in Painswick with her husband and 2 sons.
