With first-hand experience of exercising throughout pregnancy and the post-partum period, I am passionate about supporting women to regain confidence in their body and their own ability. Mums deserve that space in the gym or on the running track. Having felt unsupported during my own pregnancy and return to fitness I took matters into my own hands qualifying as a personal trainer and additionally in pre and post natal exercise. Do not let anyone tell you that you should not exercise, or your symptoms of pain, incontinence or prolapse are normal. Get expert advice and learn how to enjoy moving your body again.
