A keynote-style workshop on the interplay between ADHD, hormones and nutrition for organisations who want their female workforce to feel focused, energised and supported, never marginalised or misunderstood.
Women with ADHD are more likely to experience anxiety, eating disorders, sleep issues, migraines and hormone-related mood symptoms – all of which impact performance, confidence and retention at work. Yet most ADHD research and diagnostic criteria are based on male presentations, leaving many high-achieving women undiagnosed, mislabelled or simply exhausted.
This live, interactive session with Becca Meadows MSc, Registered Nutritional Therapist and Women’s Health & Leadership Consultant, translates cutting-edge science on ADHD, hormones and nutrition into practical, workplace-friendly strategies for women in demanding roles.
Delivered in-person or online.
The session is engaging throughout, with practical advice interwoven with research and clinical experience
Why ADHD presents differently in women and how this impacts focus, emotional regulation and performance at work. We look at the role of hormones across the menstrual cycle and perimenopause and how this is interwoven with ADHD.
How ADHD affects our relationship with food from, appetite, cravings to “all-or-nothing” eating. The dopamine–nutrition connection makes a lot of this suddenly seem clear and helps us to heal our relationship with food. This isn’t about willpower. It’s about developing self- awareness by understanding the science.
We look at simple food frameworks to stabilise energy, mood and focus, full of key nutrients that support ADHD brain function. The session finishes with easy workplace-friendly tools so individuals leave with immediately actionable recommendations.
