The food we eat is often considered in terms of simply ‘fuel’ or even ‘calories’. When we start to look deeper at the role of food we realise it contains the very chemicals our body needs to use to make energy, make hormones, to repair and to grow.
Food for Impact is a practical, science-led workplace wellbeing session designed to help employees understand how everyday nutrition and lifestyle choices directly influence their energy, focus and mood at work.
Led by Becca Meadows MSc, Registered Nutritional Therapist and Workplace Wellbeing Consultant, this session moves beyond generic healthy-eating advice. It highlights what the science shows about energy production, blood sugar balance and concentration, and the direct link between mood-regulating brain chemicals and our food, making it directly relevant to performance in modern workplaces.
With a blend of education and actionable habit change, the session empowers teams to make small, sustainable adjustments that boost productivity, increase impact, and support long-term wellbeing.
Delivered in person or online.
