Leading Through Uncertainty: The Power of Resilience is a leadership development session designed to help leaders navigate complexity with clarity, confidence and authenticity. In a world of shifting demands and competing priorities, resilient leadership is no longer optional, it’s a core competency. This session focuses on cultivating behaviours that allow you to stay clear-minded, intentional and adaptive when conditions are complex or rapidly shifting.

Led by Becca Meadows MSc, a leadership consultant and wellbeing strategist with a distinctive blend of expertise in performance, behaviour, and physiological resilience, this session brings a unique approach. Participants don’t just explore the theory of resilience, they examine their own patterns, pressures and responses, and learn how to lead with greater authenticity and clarity of direction during times of uncertainty.

This session connects who leaders are with what they do. It invites self-reflection and growth in a way that is practical, human, and immediately applicable, offering depth and understanding that leaders rarely gain from traditional skills-focused workshops.

1. What Is a Resilient Leader in Times of Uncertainty?

Resilience isn’t a character trait that we either have or don’t have, it’s a skill; a set of behaviours we can practice, grow and refine. Let’s explore what a resilient leader looks like and the opportunity we all have to cultivate it. 

2. Where Are You at Right Now?

Using the uncertainty spectrum, we explore your current levels of resilience. We identify patterns, thresholds and early warning signs for when you are moving between pressure to stress. 

3. Introducing the Resilient Leaders Elements™ Framework

A deep dive into the four domains, with live reflection and exploration looking at not just what you do but who you are

4. From Insight to Action

Using the RLE framework,  identify your strongest area and your key development stretch. Develop practical challenges based on the behaviours associated with resilient leadership.
